EMR Education HUB

Point of contact for education without borders

The EMR Education HUB is the central point of contact for teachers, head teachers, pupils, students and parents in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine. It is supported by the Province of Limburg (NL) (new window) and provides information and advice on:

  • Funding opportunities

  • School partnerships and networks

  • Labels and projects

  • Teaching materials

  • Out-of-school places of learning

Support for schools and networks

In collaboration with Euregional partners, the EMR Education HUB supports schools and education stakeholders working across borders. Particular attention is paid to supporting and developing networks:

  • Euregio Profile Schools

  • Euregio Schools

To this end, the centre offers:

  • Information and advisory services

  • Information on available grants

  • Meeting formats such as educational symposiums and workshops

Education across borders

The EMR Education HUB helps to strengthen cross-border cooperation in education in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine. At the heart of its activities:

  • Promoting neighbouring languages

  • Developing intercultural skills

  • Supporting meetings and exchanges

The aim is to create a continuous Euregional educational pathway, from early childhood to higher education and vocational training.
